Bridget Jones is coming back

Raise a glass of Chardonnay – everybody’s favourite singleton is heading back to our screens. Working Title have confirmed that they are working on a third film in the series. It’s not been confirmed yet whether Renee Zellweger will still take her lead role, but can she possibly pass up the opportunity?

Urghhh... what on earth is this one going to be about that she didn't cover already?

Rumour is that it's about her having a baby at 40 so it will probably be set in leafy Surrey

Are there three B. Jones books then?

Only two books, so this will be created from some other material she has written for newspapers and magazines, plus new material - so perhaps h4rry will be pleasantly surprised.

lol spencer - i was wondering what they were going to base it on becuse they missed a lot out of the 2nd film hmmmm.... maybe it will show her as old and wrinkly now? Maybe she's had a kid? who knows. but hurrah to the concept! :)

This is exciting!! I love Bridget Jones and anythign that brings Colin Firth to Surrey is good news to me, me friends bumped into him last time they were filming! x x
