Good hypnotherapist for smoking/phobias?

My friend and I want to have hypnotherapy for giving up smoking, and for a phobia of spiders. Can anyone recommend a good hypnotherapist. I live in Epsom but can travel. Thanks

i've used a hypnotherapist called Ines Nicholson for smoking - took 1 session. but had another session a year after just to make sure:-) her tel is 01372 377 365 - highly recommend!

There is a retired medical doctor in Liphook who practices hypnotherapy. His name is Dr Grahame Randall, phone number 01428 724 333.

He gets referrals from GPs, although a referral is not necessary.

My best friend quit a 20 year smoking habit through hypnotherapy, so it really can work. She has not had a craving since. Her hypnotherpaist was in London, so it depends where you are based and if you will travel?
