Time for change in England coaching

So many names being talked about but what should the setup be? Woodward back, with Martin Johnson as Team Manager ? Will they now try to get Shaun Edwards for the longer term?

Sad that Brian Ashton has to go, but that seems to be the only option now, or he works under somebody else - Martin Johnson?
