I am a fully qualified and internationally experienced personal trainer. I am coming back to Surrey in May and aiming to use my knowledge and experience to get the people of Surrey fit and healthy without using a gym and at an affordable rate.
Does anybody have any tips on how I can get in touch with people looking to get fit or loose weight? Or does anyone from this forum looking to start a healthy lifestyle or know somebody that is?
And if you are interested call me (07791708392) about my new price plans and book a free no obligation consultation

Hi Gavsmith,
You probably don't need any more tips as it is already November now.
But how about giving out flyers in your local community and getting housewives and older ladies involved for a start. You can do a morning and afternoon walking group where you give your members advice and trace their progress etc. Work in stretches and workouts on a mat before or after. ANd then expand with referals etc. Surrey is so beautiful, working out in the outdoors is a far better idea than sweating in a gym.
As christmas time is coming we all need gym
just eat more vegetables and less meet!!
i would say put ads up in newsagents and on sites like gumtree.
Exercise is the only thing which keeps us fit and healthy. I suggest you people to do running regularly. It is best exercise for health and fitness.
